1. Return Window

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom-configured systems, opened software, and items marked as final sale.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
